Clare’s the Boss

All Clare’s hard work has paid off and she has now fulfilled her dreams of becoming her own boss.

Clare from Warrington had previously worked within project management for a variety of market-leaders in the translation and interpreting sector, as well the airline industry, corporate finance and the manufacturing sector.

Unfortunately, due to a health condition Clare had to stop work in 2014.

Overtime Clare felt ready to look at setting up and running her own business and was referred by Warrington Job Centre to New Leaf.

Clare’s confidence levels increased thanks confidence building workshops, business and 1-2-1 support. Clare feels that it was one of the best things that she has done in her life and believes that the personal touch is what makes New Leaf unique.

Clare says:

“New Leaf has helped me to achieve one of my life-long goals to successfully run my own translation company. I was very fortunate to work alongside a wonderful, caring and understanding mentor, who was also enthusiastic about my vision .The support I received from New Leaf was what I needed, and it has helped to bring my company to life, but more than this, it brought me back to life.”

Clare set up her company Clear Language Solutions Ltd, helping businesses within the medical, science and technology industries by providing translation and localisation services. Despite ongoing challenges as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the company is going from strength to strength.
